Reframing Exercise: Moving Your Body with Joy and Love

If you have a tense or overwrought relationship with exercise, then this show is for you. Listen in as Thuy Nguyen and guests shine light on hidden narratives that may be negatively affecting how you think about movement and your body. Be inspired and empowered in writing your own script about how movement can be fun and fulfilling for who you are and what you may want in your life! Archival episode from earlier last year, as the January 1 broadcast on sister station KPFA is unavailable on their archives. Given that many people make new year’s resolutions to exercise more, it seems timely and appropriate.

About Health is a program designed to offer listeners an opportunity to talk directly with experts who understand traditional and non-traditional medicine. The guests offer pathways to health and well-being, along with the expertise of the hosts and the curiosity and intelligence of the callers. We welcome your calls and ideas for future shows.
