Magical Mystery Tour with Tonio Epstein
The Secret Life of Mother Mary - Divine Feminine Power for Personal Healing and Planetary Awakening
Marguerite Rigoglioso is a PhD scholar and priestess, and founding director of the Seven Sisters Mystery School, and a world renowned teacher of sacred knowledge, and the foremost authority on the history of virgin birth. She draws on her decades-long research and experiences with Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene to help uncover their hidden teachings and apply them to our present-day needs. Shes an award winning author of several books including The Mystery Tradition of Miraculous Conception: Mary and the Lineage of Virgin Births, and her new book is The Secret Life of Mother Mary: Divine Feminine Power for Personal Healing and Planetary Awakening.
In this interview conversation we talk about the life and accomplishments of Mother Mary, from some of the lesser known gospels. We also talk about the "Holy Womb Chakra" and its quantum nature as the creative source of everything, while also existing inside of all of us, male and female, and how we can work with it in our lives to re-create, regenerate or rebirth ourselves. We also talk about Mary's relationship with the Faerie realm, and the unifying significance of that for many people.
We also talk about Mary, Mary Magdalene and the tradition of Mary Priestesses as priestesses of divine love, how Jesus emerged from that.

Old Radio Break
Dimension X, 1950's science fiction radio drama
Two episodes - There Will Come Soft Rain - Zero Hour
Destination Moon
Everything old is new again. These are visions of a future from almost 75 years in the past. It's too bad we can't find a radio dramatization of Robert Heinlein's prophetic "The Man Who Sold the Moon" about the privatization and corporatization of space, given that we are now living that reality with Space X, Boeing and privatized war profiteers making headlines with their space efforts, and the reality, mostly obscured by the corporate media, that they are connected to the US Space Force and the militarization of low earth orbits and near space.
People are probably aware of the US astronauts stranded in space in a Boeing capsule. Here's a little news from Elon Musk's real life space efforts:
Rocket Mishaps For Bezos’ Blue Origin
By Nick Wingfield Source: Bloomberg
Blue Origin, the space startup owned by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, suffered two accidents in recent weeks to New Glenn, a giant new rocket the company is aiming to launch for the first time by the end of the year.
According to Bloomberg, the upper portion of a New Glenn rocket crumpled into itself while being transported around Blue Origin’s facility in Cape Canaveral, Florida. In a separate incident, another upper stage of a New Glenn rocket exploded during a test, Bloomberg reported.
For the maiden launch of New Glenn, Blue Origin is planning to carry two spacecraft for a NASA research mission to Mars. According to Bloomberg, the company is roughly targeting that launch for two months from now because Mars will be close enough to Earth to complete the mission. A Blue Origin spokesperson told Bloomberg that the company is still on track to launch New Glenn this year.

Out-FM from sister station WBAI
Gay Climate Activist Faces Potential 7 Years in Prison; also Troubling Transphobia at the 2024 Olympics
Out-FM's Bob Lederer interviews John Mark Rozendaal, a 63-year-old gay man active with the national anti-fossil fuels group Extinction Rebellion, of which he is a core New York City organizer. On July 18, Rozendaal and Alec Connon, Executive Director of Stop the Money Pipeline, both of whom had participated in past nonviolent protests at Citibank's headquarters, were served with restraining orders intended to prevent them from returning to Citibank and attempting to suppress their right to protest. Despite this, on August 8, Rozendaal, an accomplished cellist, performed in the public plaza outside Citibank's Lower West Side HQ, wearing a Palestinian kaffiyeh. When 14 colleagues encircled him, the NYPD arrested all of them and then arrested Rozendaal and Connon on a criminal contempt charge. Both now face up to 7 years in prison.
These actions are part of the "Summer of Heat on Wall Street" campaign demanding that Citibank divest from fossil fuels, which has led to 500 arrests for nonviolent actions thus far. The July protests at which Rozendaal and Connon were arrested particularly highlighted Citibank's direct support for U.S. militarism, including the Gaza genocide. Corporate media has virtually ignored the campaign and the repression. In the Out-FM interview, Rozendaal discusses the reasons for this campaign and the connections he sees as a gay man between queer liberation, climate justice, and an end to imperialist wars.

Women Boxing Their Way Through Troubling Transphobia at the 2024 Olympics
Imane Khelif & Lin Yu-Ting are both women but both were ridiculed for their masculine appearance and mischaracterized as trans, amidst calls to have them ejected from the women's boxing competition in the 2024 Olympics. Out-FM producers Pauline Park & Naomi Brussel discuss the troubling transphobia [and misogyny--SH] that roiled the games in Paris.

5:00 AM
Democracy Now! special extra hour with Amy Goodman and the DN! crew
Live coverage of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago and of street protest and community issues in Chicago and the surrounding region. A second, different hour of DN! will air during its regular slot.

Please note that our sister station KPFA is airing two hours of DN! consecutively, and then rebroadcasting them for two hours more in the morning. This dislodged Mitch Jeserich with Letters and Politics from its normal 10 AM time slot. He is on the air live later, instead of KPFA's broadcast of Thom Hartmann, but by that time we are running Global Village.
So we have been airing Mitch's call-in program from the previous day as a delayed broadcast. Later this morning at 10 AM, after DN! and Hartmann, we will air Mitch's call-in program from yesterday, Tuesday morning. It is not a rebroadcast, just a delayed broadcast, so you will not be able to call in. Mitch will be live on KPFA at 11 AM -- we will air that on delay the following day.

North to South - Ilarion Merculieff (Unangan)
We're here today with Tracker and Ilarion (Larry) Merculieff, Traditional messenger of the Unangan People and Founder of GCILL, Global Center for Indigenous Leadership and Lifeways.

The Unangan are people of the sea, and their journeys have ranged far and wide. But their history also includes the misery of slavery in the fur trade.

For Larry, traditional lifeways countered that sad influence, and inspired him to do the work he does today.

Larry and GCill are helping to organize The World Wilderness Conference, led by Indigenous people, in the Black Hills, which begins this week.

Project Censored
Eleanor Goldfield hosts this week's show.
July 26 marked the 34th anniversary of the signing of the Americans With Disabilities Act. But is the ADA as far-reaching as it should be? And are the large disability-rights organizations keeping too close to the country's ruling institutions, so that they defeat their own professed objectives? In the first segment of the show, Eleanor's guests talk about the limitations of the ADA, and the inherent
lapses that disability-rights groups make by not confronting the institutions that inflict disabilities, and worsen the lives of those already living with disabilities, most notably in Gaza.
In the second half of the show, is the prospect of humans inhabiting Mars a harmless sci-fi concept or are "astro-colonial" ideas a distraction from the urgency of addressing the climate crisis on planet Earth?
Jen Deerinwater and Ezra Star are members of Disability Divest (www.disabilitydivest.org), a collective that demands that "the disability establishment ends its relationships with war profiteers."
Zara Zimbardo is one of the creators of "Marsification" (www.marsification.com), a concept album that explores the idea of inhabiting space and finds it to be a continuation of colonialist ideology.
