The investigation and findings of the murder of Karen Silkwood stopped the construction of nuclear energy development in the United States for decades. But now our president and our governor are both accepting the renewal of nuclear energy construction and even the prolongation of California’s poorly built, dangerously old and earthquake surrounded Diablo Canyon nuke; 12 miles south of San Luis Obispo and originally planned to be closed down in 2024. This is certainly in opposition to the highly active Let’s Green California Program centered at www.romeroinstitute.org.
